Your Healing Begins Here

My mission is to work toward healing our relationships with ourselves, our communities, our spirituality, and our natural world.

Services Provided

  • I use an integrative approach that incorporates internal family systems (IFS), eye movement desensitization & reprocessing (EMDR), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance & commitment therapy (ACT), inner child work, polyvagal theory and somatic processing, nature-based therapy, and client-led spirituality. I have been working in the trauma field for almost twelve years and it was my primary focus throughout my formal education. I am passionate about continually identifying new tools that allow me to support my clients in unique and novel ways.

  • I create art and share moments of my life with the purpose of inspiring others. My content has a focus on mental health and wellness, with a particular emphasis on connecting with nature and regularly engaging in activities that are healing and nurturing. I will also sometimes make sit-down videos about specific topics related to mental health or society & culture.

  • I have a podcast called Reimagining Ourselves, which is all about reimagining our roles as human beings in our society. It was initially inspired by the “80 10 10 Rule” described by Sherri Mitchell. She suggests that we spend 10% of our time, energy, and attention noticing the harm coming toward us, another 10% stopping that flow of harm, and a full 80% imagining and dreaming into existance the world we want to inhabit. My aim with this podcast is to call out what I see in our culture and society and to offer ideas and solutions for reimagining these structures. My love for the land and desperation to protect it is at the heart of this project; I have committed to donating 100% of proceeds from this podcast to environmental restoration, indigenous reclamation, and urban gardening.

About me: My name is Cassandra, and I am passionate about helping others heal and thrive. I believe that collective healing is necessary to change and shift our society and culture. I draw from personal and professional experience to find creative ways to help my clients. I firmly believe that every person is capable of healing from pain and trauma, and I help my clients create a life that they love. I do this using a holistic approach aimed at healing the mind, body, and spirit. My approach is rooted in embodiment, spirituality, and connection with nature. When I’m offline, I can be found rearranging my house plants, creating art and poetry, and studying moss in the forest. I care deeply about working toward environmental restoration and building community.
